With over 30 years of experience in the food industry, Gino established Chefs in Motion in 1999 to offer fresh flavours to Australian catering.
After completing his formal training at, Sir William Anglais College in Melbourne, Gino worked with some of Australia’s top chefs across New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria. He then spread his wings to elevate his culinary expertise by working extensively overseas.
On his return, he founded Chefs in Motion as a creative outlet for his passion for food. Today, he takes advantage of the richness and flavours of Australia’s best produce to prepare seasonal menus that tantalise the taste buds and satisfy the stomach. Known for his down-to-earth sincerity and passion for food, Gino hand makes his own stocks and sauces from all natural ingredients.
